Potatoes in the field after harvest are placed in special bags and transported by trucks to the factory. In factory, potatoes are peeled off after the initial washing, the grass and ocular parts and impurities are separated and enter the cutting stage. After potatoes have been sliced, they are washed again and they come in hot water to deactivate enzymes. In the next step, the Slice lose some of their moisture and then get half fried. Potato slices are frozen and packaged after a short time after being cooled.
In a Fryer: Pour Frozen potatoes in pre-heated oil at 180 C. Let the potatoes fry for 4-6 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
In Pan: Pour Frozen potatoes in plenty of hot oil and let them fry for 7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Oven Method: Transfer the Frozen potatoes to baking tray thinly and evenly place in a pre-heated Oven at 450 F / 232 C for 10 minutes, then turn the strips upside down and again place the tray for 5-10 minutes in the Oven until golden brown and crisp.
Avoid freezing defrosted potatoes.
After potato frying, make sure to put it in a lace basket and separate the extra oil.
